Bébé Bits ships Australia wide using Australia Post Services. We currently do not ship to any address outside of Australia but if you see something you would love and you are not a local, please feel free to contact us & we can discuss international postage. 

We offer flat rate shipping on much of our stock items - as long as your purchase fits in an standard/express Australia Post Satchel.  We have tried our best to have correct postage calculated at check out, however, we are human and if an error occurs and we have charged you too much OR not enough, we will contact you via email to make alternate arrangements. 

Shipping may need to be calculated based on the total size/cubic weight of your order to some areas within Australia OR if your order does not fit in one of our standard/express Australia Post Satchels.

We try to ensure our stock levels are accurate at all times, but sometimes  when you place your order it may be out of stock and we apologise if this causes any disappointment. If this is the case, we will contact you via email.  It may be that we are waiting on new stock OR it might be sold out and no longer available.  We will let you know and offer you alternatives.  Our suppliers can also run out of stock and sometimes this causes unexpected further delays.

Most items on the website will be in stock and then your order will be dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 3-10 working days, depending on your location.  Any order placed on a weekend or public holiday, we aim to dispatch the next business day. 

If there is no one available to receive the parcel, Australia Post will leave a card with pick up information. The parcel can then be picked up at the local post office during their normal opening hours.

Bébé Bits is not responsible for parcel loss or damage once it has left our premises with tracking.  If your parcel is taking longer than expected to arrive, please log on to the Australia Post website and use your tracking number.  

If you are needing your purchase urgently, please feel free to contact us & let us know.  We will make all efforts to get it to you within the time frame needed, but make no promises.

Furniture + Bulky Items

We do not often carry furniture in store, so when we receive your order, will have it delivered from the warehouse.  We encourage you to order furniture 10 weeks prior to your expected delivery date because some suppliers only make to order. Furniture will in most cases arrive well before 10 weeks so if you have left it till near the end, please don't panic, contact us for an ETA.  If you are needing furniture delivered, please understand that we may need to contact you with a seperate invoice for freight.  Sometimes the freight quoted at checkout does not cover the cost and with freight costs constantly changing, it is very hard to maintain correct online quoting.  

Local Pickup

If you live in Albany and the surrounding area, you can choose 'local pickup' at checkout.  This will save you the cost of postage and means you can have your purchase much sooner.  So if you would like to shop online and collect from our retail store in Albany, please enter 'local pickup' at checkout.

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day (usually within a few business hours).  Once your order is packed you will be contacted to collect within 48 hours.
